WAR ON SYRIA; Four Suicide Bombings In Aleppo, SSG & NATO’s FSA Terrorists Target Public Square & Chamber Of Commerce
This is the SSG’s version of… “the beautiful mosaic of Syria”…
Just as Syrian Support Group Inc. (SSG) Director Of Government Relations (ie, terrorism lobbyist) Brian Sayers admitted in his BBC interview:
“Well I do believe in the cause… ummm, I… I believe that we have to do something to… to… to bring down the regime… to… to help as The International Community… uhhh… to bring democracy… ummm, ummm… inside the beautiful mosaic of Syria…”
Today is just the latest example of the fruits of the SSG’s work as the US Treasury Department’s chosen TERRORISM LICENSEE to fund and arm NATO’s Free Syrian Army (FSA) terrorists. I’m sure this will be a line item on the SSG’s monthly report to the US State Department.
Three suicide car bombings at Aleppo’s Saadallah Al Jabiri Public Square targeted a Military Officers Club and a hotel. At least 40 are now reported killed, dozens of people injured and trapped under debris. A fourth explosion was a suicide bombing targeting Aleppo’s Chamber Of Commerce… so this is distinctly an economic attack. Two other suicide bombers were killed before they could detonate their explosives. There was also a mortar attack on the Political Security Department.
Three suicide bombers detonated their explosives-packed cars near an officers club in Syria’s northern city of Aleppo, killing at least 33 people and causing massive destruction that trapped scores under the rubble, Syrian state media and activists say.
A fourth explosion a few hundred metres away also struck near the edge of the Old City, a world heritage site, where rebels and government forces have been battling in fierce street fighting.
Long free of the violence that has engulfed much of the rest of the country, Aleppo in the past two months has become a key battleground between regime forces and rebels trying to oust President Bashar al-Assad. The opposition launched an initial offensive on the city, Syria’s largest and commercial hub, in July, which has left large swaths of the ancient city shattered.
Rebels last week announced a new concerted push to capture Aleppo, which would be a major strategic prize, giving the victor new momentum. It would also provide the opposition with a base, with easy logistical supply lines with Turkey to the north, from which to carry out their fight against the regime in the rest of the country.
A Syrian government official said the number of deaths would likely increase because many of the wounded were in critical condition. Regime troops killed two more would-be suicide bombers before they could detonate their explosives, he said on condition of anonymity in line with government regulations.
In the BBC interview Brian Sayers quite confidently claimed the Syrian government is not in control of Aleppo, and he describes how the SSG and FSA are focusing on Aleppo because it’s Syria’s largest commercial hub due to its strategic location… just as is mentioned above.
It’s funny how WikiLeaks and Julian Assange (for the record I don’t trust either) have been cut off from all electronic funding, but apparently Bank Of America (Direct Deposit or Wire Transfer) and nearly every credit card via Google Wallet have no problem allowing money transfers via their systems directly to terrorist groups that do suicide car bombings. But I guess that’s because SSG has a government approved TERRORISM LICENSE.
