(AE) – When the Associated Press (AP) Wiretapping Scandal first broke in the news I found it incredibly odd that the AP was not aware that ALL DATA, not just phone numbers, has been collected since the original AT&T NSA Wiretapping Scandal was exposed in 2006.
If the AP, and every other media company in the world, were actually doing their jobs they would have been out in front exposing this completely illegal secret wiretapping program, that then morphed into Bush’s “Terrorist Surveillance Program”, once it was discovered. So the AP is now concerned about being spied on? Where the hell have they been for 7 years???

This is further evidence that Todashev WAS NOT being investigated for the Triple Murders, therefore he WAS NOT about to “sign a confession”, because he already had an Atlanta alibi… see my previous article here.

Sources now say Ibragim Todashev was unarmed when he was shot and killed by an FBI agent during lengthy questioning in Orlando last week.

5/30/13 – Earlier this month, Chechen immigrant Ibragim Todashev was fatally shot by the FBI when he was being questioned about the Boston Marathon bombing and his ties to suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev. On Thursday, his father was at a news conference in Moscow — where he claimed the FBI killed his son “execution style” while he was entirely unarmed.
“Abdul-Baki Todashev showed journalists 16 photographs that he said were of his son, Ibragim, in a Florida morgue,” CBS News reported. ”He said his son had six gunshot wounds to his torso and one to the back of his head and the pictures were taken by his son’s friend, Khusen Taramov.”
He said Taramov sent him the photos and that his son was “100 percent unarmed.” (A spokesman for Boston police declined comment to CBS News on that claim.)
“I’d only seen and heard things like that in the movies — they shoot somebody and then a shot in the head to make sure,” Todashev said. “These just aren’t FBI agents, they’re bandits.”
According to the report, the younger Todashev and Tsarnaev once trained together at a gym — but “evidence also suggested a criminal connection, involvement in a grisly triple murder that occurred in September 2011, in Waltham, Mass.”
During the interrogation, he reportedly implicated himself in the triple homicide (in which no one was charged) was being pushed to confession. It was then that he snapped, eliciting the fatal response from the FBI.

(AE) – The FBI had been following and harassing Ibragim Todashev and his friend Khusen Taramov. Then the FBI questioned them both for 3 hours, but they wanted to further question Todashev for an additional 2 hours, that would equal a 5 hour interrogation without a lawyer… but then they shot him to death, just as he was about to sign a confession to participating in a triple murder with Tamerlan Tsarnaev, but instead of signing the confession he decided to attack them with a knife — no, strike that — they now deny the knife attack happened.
I wonder if they read Todashev his “Miranda Warning” before questioning him for 5 hours??? After all, none of the evidence obtained during such an interrogation would be admissible in court without first giving him the “Miranda Warning”… see my previous article here.
Maybe the unsigned confession letter will be enough… or perhaps they’ll find a “Martyr Note” scrawled on his bathroom wall, or maybe inside a boat if he owns one… see my previous article here.

2013.5.22 Ibragim Todashev, Questioned In Connection With Marathon Bombings, Shot & Killed By FBI Agent (riaalterego, youtube.com):
NBC News reports that an FBI agent shot and killed a man who had been interviewed over ties to April’s Boston Marathon bombing.
The individual, identified by friends as 27-year-old Ibragim Todashev, reportedly knew Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the older, deceased Boston suspect through the world of Mixed Martial Arts.
He had been initially cooperative with the special agent and two Massachusetts State Police troopers who were interviewing him, according to WESH-TV in Orlando. But at some point during the interview process, he allegedly attacked the agent, who then fired his weapon.
The station quotes a friend of Todashev, Khusn Taramiv, who said he was also interviewed.
“(The FBI) took me and my friend, the suspect that got killed. They were talking to us, both of us, right? And they said they need him for a little more, for a couple more hours, and I left, and they told me they’re going to bring him back. They never brought him back,” Taramiv said.
Taramiv also said that Todashev “felt inside he was going to get shot” by the FBI.
“We are currently responding to a shooting incident involving an FBI special agent,” FBI spokesman Dave Couvertier said in a statement, according to NBC. “The agent encountered the suspect while conducting official duties. The suspect is deceased.”
In addition to questioning Todashev about the marathon bombing, authorities were investigating if he and Tamerlan had carried out a triple murder on Sept. 11, 2011, in Waltham, Mass., according to the New York Times.

(AE) - This story just keeps getting worse… so after 32 days we’re finally told that Dzhokhar wrote a confession letter, or “martyr note”, on the wall of the boat he was hiding in???
Now the problems of the FBI breaking the law by not giving Dzhokhar his “Miranda Warning” has been solved. For more discussion about the misconception of so called “Miranda Rights”, see my previous article here.
Besides all the other problems with this story, just how did Dzhokhar know his brother Tamerlan was a martyr??? He had no way of knowing Tamerlan was dead… especially since the story of Dzhokhar driving over Tamerlan while fleeing has been contradicted by witnesses.

(CBS News) Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev left claiming responsibility for the April 13 attack
on the Boston Marathon, reports CBS News senior correspondent John Miller.Sources tell Miller that Tsarnaev wrote the note in the boat he was hiding in as police pursued him, and as he bled from gunshot wounds sustained in an earlier shootout between police and his older brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev.
The note, scrawled with a pen on the interior wall of the cabin, said the bombings were retribution for U.S. military action in Afghanistan and Iraq, and called the Boston victims collateral damage in the same way Muslims have been in the American-led wars. “When you attack one Muslim, you attack all Muslims,” the note added.
Dzhokar said he didn’t mourn older brother Tamerlan, the other suspect in the bombings, writing that by that point, Tamerlan was a martyr in paradise — and that he expected to join him there.
Miller’s sources say the wall the note was written on was riddled with bullet holes from shots fired into the boat. The shots were fired after Dzhokhar came up through the tarp covering the boat amid police fears that he had another bomb.
According to Miller, the note will be a significant piece of evidence in any Dzhokar trial — it is “certainly admissible,” and paints a clear picture of the brothers’ motive, “consistent with what he told investigators while he was in custody,” Miller said Thursday on “CBS This Morning.”

It took days to learn the identity of the bombers [NOT TRUE, THE FBI KNEW THEIR IDENTITY WHEN THEY RELEASED THE PHOTOS - JOEL], and there was no official claim of responsibility, which is unusual in these cases. As investigators move forward with the investigation, “the last big question remaining is going to be who else knew anything? Is it going to be the wife? Is it someone overseas?” Miller said.
The suspects didn’t plan to stop after the Boston bombings, authorities say. They intended to go to New York City and set off a device or devices in Times Square.
The brothers didn’t have well-developed plans for New York, but they still had intent, Miller said. So as
Dzhokhar lay in the boat, he wanted to leave a message behind clearly supporting what the note says he and his brother had just done.For a plot as organized as the one was for Boston, it seems odd that — with a choice of leaving behind a
martyrdom video on a computer or a more formal claim of responsibility — the brothers had nothing
prepared, Miller said. A larger terror organization ensures that such videos are made out of the country and are ready to launch after the attack.So in the end, Miller concludes, the boat note was a way for Dzhokhar to get on the record as publicly claiming responsibility for the bombings.
