SANDY HOOK COVENANT; Death Threats To Parents Trying To File Lawsuits, Lawyers Warned NOT To File Suits

2014.6.1 (AE) – The mystery of why no lawsuits have been filed by the parents of the Sandy Hook Massacre is because the only known attempt was met by death threats… yes, death threats to the parents via their lawyer.

The Connecticut state “Gatekeeper”, Claims Commissioner Paul Vance Jr., could not allow ANY lawsuits whatsoever to be brought forth… lawsuits allow discovery, the collection and freezing of the evidence, and this would expose the tremendous number of problems with the official Sandy Hook narrative.

The following video reviews the only attempt at launching a legal case, the immediate attacks on the lawyer, who would not disclose his client’s name, and the clear warning sent out to all lawyers by the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (CTLA).

Rallies across U.S. assail Obama’s proposed gun curbs

(Reuters) – Pro-gun activists held “high noon” rallies across the United States on Saturday to defend the right to own firearms that they say is being threatened by President Barack Obama’s gun-control proposals.

The U.S. debate over gun control erupted in mid-December after a man armed with an assault rifle killed 20 first-graders and six adults at an elementary school in Newtown, Connecticut – the deadliest of a string of U.S. shooting sprees last year.

“We are law-abiding citizens, business owners, military, and we are not going to be responsible for other people’s criminal actions,” former Marine Damon Locke said to applause at a Florida rally he had helped organize.

Some in the crowd of about 1,000 in Brooksville, about an hour north of Tampa, hoisted signs that said: “Stop the Gun Grabbers” and “Gun control isn’t about guns, it’s about control.”

Obama and gun-control advocates have begun a push to reinstitute a U.S. assault weapons ban following the Connecticut massacre. A number of other states have taken up gun legislation, and New York, with among the strictest gun control laws in the country, broadened its assault weapons ban on Tuesday.

Obama has also called for a ban on high-capacity magazines and more stringent background checks for gun purchasers.

On the day the pro-gun rights rallies were being held across the country, five people were wounded in accidents at three gun shows.

Three people were hurt when a 12-gauge shotgun discharged as its owner opened its case at the entrance to a show in North Carolina. Two others were wounded when guns went off accidentally at gun shows in Ohio and Indiana. None of the day’s injuries was life-threatening.

In Connecticut, a rally for gun rights drew about 1,000 people at the state Capitol, where lawmakers have reacted to the Newtown shooting with proposals to tighten gun-control rules, including limiting access to assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.

That did not sit well with gun owner Jessie Buchanan, who attended the rally in Hartford.

“They could take away the 10-round magazine today and tomorrow it would be the five-round and the next day it would be the whole thing,” Buchanan said.

In Denver, the mood was defiant as about 500 people, including families with children, gathered in unseasonably warm weather outside the state Capitol.

“I have earned the right to have my guns,” said Don Dobyns, an Air Force veteran and former police officer from Colorado Springs, who was among the rally organizers.

Sporting a shirt that read, “Girls with guns,” 31-year-old Jennifer Burk said, “My parents didn’t raise a victim and the government shouldn’t try and make me one.”

Gun-control advocates say U.S. civilians have no justifiable need for assault weapons or high-capacity magazines, and they say more background checks will help keep guns out of the hands of criminals.

The reaction has been fierce from gun supporters such as the National Rifle Association, who point to a right to bear arms that is enshrined in the Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and which they do not want to see watered down.

On Sunday, gun-control advocates plan to hold a National Gun Prevention Sabbath, where they say 150 houses of worship will call on the faithful to advocate for an “actionable plan to prevent gun violence.”

People who have lost loved ones to gun violence will display their photographs, organizers said.

SANDY HOOK SHOOTINGS; A Tale Of Two Newtowns, Government Orchestrated Mass Murder For Gun Control?

Is it possible for a Government to orchestrate a mass murder event in order to justify passing draconian Gun Control laws?

Evidence shows that Australia’s “Port Arthur Massacre” on April 26, 1996 that killed 35 people, and was blamed on the mentally challenged Martin Bryant, was such an event.

The following documentary outlines the many problems with the case and shows how the Australian government, and Martin Bryant’s own defense lawyer, conspired to use a clumsy, “mentally challenged”, non violent person as a scapegoat for something he could not possibly have pulled off, at least not by himself.

My intention here was to show some simple correlations between Australia’s “Port Arthur Massacre” and the Newtown Connecticut “Sandy Hook Shootings”… firstly with the odd fact that the supposed “Port Arthur Massacre” shooter, Martin Bryant, was from “New Town” Tasmania… secondly because both accused shooters were of questionable mental capacity… but thirdly because both events have been used to justify swiftly pushing through severe Gun Control laws, coincidentally desired by both governments as expressed in previous public statements, and with the help of an EXTREME media propaganda campaign, including the alteration of photographs, used to convict the accused shooters in the media before ANY details have been properly investigated or explained.  These facts suggest a well coordinated event for a desired purpose.

Since I hadn’t watched this documentary for quite some time I thought it was relevant to watch it again to confirm its worthiness. Upon rewatching I was shocked by the number of similarities between the “Port Arthur Massacre” and “Sandy Hook Shootings”:

• Mentally questionable young person accused of being the lone shooter.

• Evidence of at least one second shooter.

• Accused shooter convicted in the media well before any proper investigation presented.

• Coverup of evidence and no proper investigation.

I personally believe both of these events have all the signs of being “Operation Gladio” style operations… this would consist of Government and/or Military Intelligence organized Special Ops teams brought in to perform violent acts in order to create a desired political change within a country… as was done throughout Europe by NATO… this is the very definition of “Terrorism”.

A Question Of Guilt, The Massacre At Port Arthur (evanlongaccount,

A video questioning the Australian government’s official conclusions with regard to Martin Bryant’s involvement in the Port Arthur massacre / shooting at the Port Arthur Historic Site in Tasmania on 26 April 1996 and related events. The video was produced “in the public interest by survivors of the Port Arthur massacre and sympathetic investigators”.

The Antipsychotic Prescribed To Adam Lanza Has A Troubled History

As we have been saying all along!

Will this ever be blamed for a “MOTIVE”?

Business Insider

By now the whole country is  fully embroiled in the Gun Control debate, spurred by the grisly murder of 27 people, mostly kids, at the Sandy Hook Elementary school last Friday.

Guns might not be the only problem though.

New York Magazine wrote a piece about shooter Adam Lanza’s supposed “aspergers” syndrome as a “red herring” meant to distract from the real problem (guns, of course, the subject goes without mentioning).

Inside the piece though they report Adam Lanza’s uncle said the boy was prescribed Fanapt, a controversial anti-psychotic medicine.

UPDATE: Since the publishing of this article, New York Daily News has removed the reference, the originator of the quote from Lanza’s “uncle,” because they believed him to be an “imposter.”

Fanapt was the subject of a Bloomberg report when it passed regulators, after previously getting the “nonapproval” stamp. Why wasn’t it approved, you might ask?

There are many reasons, some of which have to do with competing entities in a competitive market.

The main cited reason for the rejection was that it caused severe heart problems in enough patients to cause a stir.

Maybe more importantly, though, Fanapt is one of a many drugs the FDA pumped out with an ability to exact the opposite desired effect on people: that is, you know, inducing rather than inhibiting psychosis and aggressive behavior.

From, side effects of the drug Fanapt:

Psychiatric side effects including restlessness, aggression, and delusion have been reported frequently. Hostility, decreased libido, paranoia, anorgasmia, confusional state, mania, catatonia, mood swings, panic attack, obsessive-compulsive disorder, bulimia nervosa, delirium, polydipsia psychogenic, impulse-control disorder, and major depression have been reported infrequently.

In fact, Fanapt was dropped by its first producer, picked up by another, initially rejected by the FDA, then later picked up and mass produced. The adverse side-effect is said to be “infrequent,” but still it exists, and can’t be ignored.

The reaction invoked by the drug in some people is reminiscent of the Jeffrey R. MacDonald case, where a Green Beret slaughtered his entire family and then fabricated a story about a marauding troop of “hopped up hippies”.

MacDonald though, had Eskatrol in his system, a weight-loss amphetamine that’s since been banned in part for its side effects of psychotic behavior and aggression.

These drugs are not the only ones that can cause the opposite of their desired effect. Several anti-depressant medications are also restricted to adults, for the depression they inspire in kids rather than eliminate.
