(AE) – Afghanistan is currently suffering from daily attacks and car bombings… so we’re supposed to believe that the US troops are going to withdraw into their nine military bases, not engage the Taliban, and somehow “teach” the Afghan Army (ie, imperial army forced to fight their own people) to bring “security” to a country that all of NATO’s joint forces cannot even control now after 12 years of war???
This is pure comedy, but with a massive and humorless price tag.
Or will the true function of the remaining NATO and US troops be to protect the ongoing mining operations (performed by China under US military protection) and to act as the “Opium Protection Police” for Britain’s most profitable export product???
Of course the puppet Karzai will agree to anything since the continuous monthly $300K cash drops of US dollars to his office are much more enticing than getting shot in the face…
How anyone can read the following article and consider this to be a “US withdrawal plan” is beyond me…

The United States wants to keep troops at nine bases across Afghanistan, the country’s president, Hamid Karzai, said on Thursday – a larger number than expected given Washington’s scaled-back ambitions for shaping the country’s future.
Karzai, who has often been a fierce critic of the foreign forces that have dominated his country for years, was surprisingly conciliatory about the prospect of a long-term US presence. Keeping American soldiers on the ground was in Afghan interests, he said, as long as the soldiers came with support for the Afghan government and economy.
“We can agree to give them the bases – them staying on after 2014 is for the good of Afghanistan,” Karzai said in a speech at Kabul University. “The condition is that they bring peace and security and take action quickly … on the basic strengthening of Afghanistan, helping the economy of Afghanistan.”
The uneasy allies are currently thrashing out a bilateral security agreement (BSA) to define the terms for their future co-operation, and Karzai’s comments were the first real insight into the slow and difficult negotiations.
“We are trying to ensure the interests of both countries are satisfied in this agreement,” Karzai told students and dignitaries gathered to celebrate the university’s 80th anniversary. “We want roads, electricity, hydropower dams, and strengthening of the Afghan government.”
He may nonetheless have annoyed American officials by revealing details about strategic planning on future commitments to Afghanistan that had been kept under tight wraps.
President Barack Obama has made clear that the US will not fight the Taliban after the Nato-led mission to Afghanistan ends next year; any troops that stay on will concentrate instead on training Afghan soldiers and tackling al-Qaida and similar groups in the lawless border areas near Pakistan.
Facing budget pressures at home, and a declining appetite for risking lives and US money in Afghanistan, Obama has explored a range of possibilities for supporting Afghanistan in future – including a “zero option” that would see the US foot the bill for much of the Afghan military but without any presence on the ground at all.
But the relative weakness of the Afghan army – which is struggling to master key capabilities from bomb detection and heavy weaponry to air power and medical evacuation – means that there is an expectation of some kind of long-term presence to help government forces hold off the battle-hardened Taliban.
The US embassy declined to confirm that Karzai had described its intention to remain in nine bases accurately, but said that it was not trying to secure title to land, or unlimited rights to keep forces on Afghan soil.
“President Obama has made it clear that we don’t seek permanent military bases in Afghanistan,” said US embassy spokesman David Snepp. “We anticipate that the BSA will address access to and use of Afghan facilities by US forces in the future.”
The places in which the US wants to keep troops include the capital, Kabul, the sprawling Bagram airbase, which has been the heart of operations in the east, the restive southern provinces of Kandahar and Helmand, and Shindand in the west, where Nato is training the Afghan airforce, Karzai said.
The other bases are in the northern hub of Mazar-i-Sharif, the western city of Herat, near the Iranian border, and eastern Gardez and Jalalabad, which is a key gateway to Pakistan and a base for drones.
Karzai’s speech also included an attack on Pakistan after days of skirmishes between Afghan and Pakistani forces along their contested border, so the public embrace of a long-term US military presence may have been intended as a reminder to Islamabad that his country has a powerful ally with a stake in keeping the government in Kabul afloat.
Afghanistan has long accused its neighbour of covert support for insurgent groups that have found safe havens in its lawless mountain regions.

WAR ON MUSLIMS; Russia To Officially Join US In ‘War On Terror’ Against Common Enemy The ‘International Network Of Assassins’
The recent “Chechen Terrorists” Boston Bombings baloney has really solidified my belief in how things are going to play out on the world stage in terms of alliances and wars. Please see my comments below followed by a supporting article…
I’ve had the belief for some time, due to long historical research, that Russia has been working behind the scenes with the US, and Britain. Actually, this alliance has been going on for a very long time, but I want to keep this short and to the point.
This concept is most recently demonstrated by the fact that Russia fully allowed the destruction of Libya, when anyone with half a strategic brain knew that the ridiculous “Humanitarian Intervention” and “No Fly Zone” would mean the complete destruction and looting of the country.
Russia is a very strong believer and partner in the “International Community” and proudly does its part, when required, to see that the overall goals of the United Nations (UN) continue to move forward… into the ditch of one world tyranny.
So because of my historical research, and various clues and reactions by Russia to the last 12 years of complete annihilation of the Middle East by NATO and the US, I reaffirm my conclusion that Russia will abandon Syria at its greatest time of need, or, Russia has already abandoned Syria and is actively working against it, from the inside, while continuing to pose as an ally.
What we’ve really been witnessing in the Middle East for the last 12 years is NOT wars for oil, although controlling the flow of oil is the most strategic part of controlling the world, but rather a war on a religion, a “War On Islam” or “War On Muslims”, the last religion that has not been totally absorbed, corrupted, and replaced by so called Western “values” provided through Hollywood, television, and now the internet. This is the attempted destruction of a culture, forever.
So when I ran across the RT article below, with the very bizarre comments by Russian officials (keep in mind this article was written April 16, before Chechen involvement was known, allegedly), compounded by my earlier viewing of RT’s interview of Zubeidat Tsarnaev (mother of the accused Tsarnaev brothers), where RT’s tone was distinctly accusatory, disregarded that she said her sons were being fully tracked by the FBI for the last 3 to 5 years, gave little allowance for the obvious language barrier, and finally didn’t ask the lady exactly who the man was that she said her sons were “scared of”.
Therefore, I believe all signs point toward a new open alliance between Russia and the US to “fight terrorism”, all sparked by the “Chechen” Boston Bombings, to fight their “common enemy”, to “fight this evil”, the “International Network Of Assassins” (ie, Al Qaeda, Muslims)… just read the article below.
So are we to believe that Russia is completely unaware that NATO and the US have been arming, funding, supplying, and training this “common enemy”, this so called “International Network Of Assassins”, that have been invading and destroying Syria for the last two years????

Hours after the Boston Marathon bombings, several top Russian politicians have said the US and Russia must join forces in countering terrorism, expressing hope it would revive the ties that came under threat after the Magnitsky List was published.
“It is important for the Russia-US relations that the American side understands that the main threat for the United States comes not from the people on the Magnitsky List, but from terrorists, and the administrations of our countries must make a mutual effort to fight this evil instead of making some lists or counter-lists,” top Russian senator Viktor Ozerov has said, according to RIA Novosti.
The senator added that Russia also faced the objective of raising the security level at mass events similar to the Boston Marathon that was targeted by yet-unidentified bombers on Monday. He said that the parliament must step up the work on the bill on security at sports events that had already passed the first hearing in the State Duma.
The head of the upper houseʼs Foreign Affairs Committee, Mikhail Margelov, made a similar statement and called for a joint struggle against terrorism.
The senator noted that though the Boston Marathon attack cannot be compared to the September 11 events in New York City in terms of casualties, it is a reminder, for Russia and the United States alike, that terrorism has not yet been defeated and that terrorism is always an international phenomenon.
“The Boston events are another reminder that instead of making blacklists that are only dividing us, we should unite. Our common enemy is obvious and all-penetrative. This is a very sad case when one should not ask for whom the bell tolls,” Margelov told the press.
The Russian official also expressed the opinion that the Boston bombings were organized by a homegrown US terrorist cell which, however, is an inseparable part of the “international network of assassins.”
President Vladimir Putin has expressed his condolences in connection with the attack that killed three people and wounded scores of others.
“Vladimir Putin resolutely denounces this barbaric crime and expresses his belief that the fight against terrorism requires active cooperation of the international community as a whole,” reads the statement released by the Kremlin press service.
The Russian president also emphasized that his country was ready to provide assistance in the investigation of the Boston bombing.

2013.3.9 US, Europe Sending Syria Militants Arms From Croatia (presstv.ir):
The US and Europe have supplied militants fighting inside Syria against President Bashar al-Assad with arms from Croatia, a new report says.
Since last November, the US and its European allies have sent 3,000 tons of weapons in 75 planeloads from Zagreb to Syria militants via Jordan and Turkey, Croatian newspaper Jutarnji List said Thursday.
The report said weapons, which date back to the the time of former Yugoslavia, have been paid for by Saudi Arabia at the request of the US.
These shipments, which include rocket launchers, recoil-less guns and the M79 anti-tank weapon, have enabled militants to advance in north Syria over the past few weeks after months of stalemate.
The Croatian paper added that the weapons used by Syria militants also came from “several other European countries including Britain”
According to the report, British, American and French military advisers have also been operating in countries bordering Syria in an effort to provide training to militants to fight against the Syrian government.
The Guardian also said on March 8, 2013 that the United States has been leading a training program with the assistance of British and French instructors since last year.
The Syrian crisis began in March 2011, and many people, including large numbers of army and security personnel, have been killed.
Damascus says that the chaos is being orchestrated from outside the country, and there are reports that a very large number of the militants are foreign nationals.

Karzai said that two deadly suicide bombings over the weekend demonstrated that the insurgent group is conducting attacks at the service of America. He said both Washington and the Taliban want US forces to stay beyond the end of 2014, when most U.S.-led forces are scheduled to leave Afghanistan.
Hold on, so the Taliban want the US forces, that they are supposedly fighting, to stay past 2014? Very interesting. This also goes along with older videos I’ve seen of Afghans claiming that Bush was arming the Taliban in the mountains.

Afghan President Hamid Karzai had some harsh words for the United States and NATO during a Thursday interview with NBC News.
Karzai accused the U.S. of violating its strategic partnership agreement with Afghanistan, and he indicated that “part of the insecurity [in Afghanistan] is definitely coming to us from terrorism and the attacks of the Taliban.” He continued with a criticism of the U.S., adding, “part of the insecurity is coming to us from the structures that NATO and America created in Afghanistan.”
The Afghan leader singled out “the private security firms” and “the contractors that they promoted at the cost of the Afghan people.”
Karzai also partly blamed the insecurity in Afghanistan on “the way they [the U.S., NATO] behaved with the Afghan people and the anger that that has caused in the Afghan people and the resulting insecurity.” He added, “there is a very strong perception that some of that insecurity is intentional.”
The U.S. actions that stirred anger to which he was likely referring include an incident in which Marines were shown in a video urinating on the corpses of Taliban fighters. After the video came to light, Karzai called the actions of those involved “inhuman.” Two Marines were criminally charged for their actions. In another incident, U.S. soldiers were implicated in the burning of copies of the Koran.
Karzai also leveled criticism at the U.S. in November, when he accused U.S. forces of violating a detainee transfer pact signed between the two countries.
New violence struck Afghanistan on Thursday when the country’s intelligence chief, Asadullah Khalid, was wounded by a suicide bombing. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack.
NBC points out, per the U.N., that “in the first six months of 2012 alone, more than 3,000 civilians were killed or injured” in Afghanistan.

The same UN that authorized an ECOWAS invasion of Mali, that quickly changed to a France / NATO invasion, and created what the UN now calls a “humanitarian crisis in Mali”, has just awarded the creator of this crisis, France’s President Francois Hollande, with the UNESCO Peace Prize for his “valuable contribution to peace and stability in Africa”.

SANDY HOOK SHOOTINGS; A Tale Of Two Newtowns, Government Orchestrated Mass Murder For Gun Control?
Is it possible for a Government to orchestrate a mass murder event in order to justify passing draconian Gun Control laws?
Evidence shows that Australia’s “Port Arthur Massacre” on April 26, 1996 that killed 35 people, and was blamed on the mentally challenged Martin Bryant, was such an event.
The following documentary outlines the many problems with the case and shows how the Australian government, and Martin Bryant’s own defense lawyer, conspired to use a clumsy, “mentally challenged”, non violent person as a scapegoat for something he could not possibly have pulled off, at least not by himself.
My intention here was to show some simple correlations between Australia’s “Port Arthur Massacre” and the Newtown Connecticut “Sandy Hook Shootings”… firstly with the odd fact that the supposed “Port Arthur Massacre” shooter, Martin Bryant, was from “New Town” Tasmania… secondly because both accused shooters were of questionable mental capacity… but thirdly because both events have been used to justify swiftly pushing through severe Gun Control laws, coincidentally desired by both governments as expressed in previous public statements, and with the help of an EXTREME media propaganda campaign, including the alteration of photographs, used to convict the accused shooters in the media before ANY details have been properly investigated or explained. These facts suggest a well coordinated event for a desired purpose.
Since I hadn’t watched this documentary for quite some time I thought it was relevant to watch it again to confirm its worthiness. Upon rewatching I was shocked by the number of similarities between the “Port Arthur Massacre” and “Sandy Hook Shootings”:
• Mentally questionable young person accused of being the lone shooter.
• Evidence of at least one second shooter.
• Accused shooter convicted in the media well before any proper investigation presented.
• GUN INCONSISTENCIES:
- BOTH SHOOTERS SUPPOSEDLY USED AR-15 RIFLES
- BOTH EVENTS HAVE DISCREPANCIES OVER A SHOTGUN BEING USED
- BOTH EVENTS HAVE SHOTGUNS FOUND IN THE TRUNK OF THE SHOOTER’S CAR!!
• Coverup of evidence and no proper investigation.
I personally believe both of these events have all the signs of being “Operation Gladio” style operations… this would consist of Government and/or Military Intelligence organized Special Ops teams brought in to perform violent acts in order to create a desired political change within a country… as was done throughout Europe by NATO… this is the very definition of “Terrorism”.
