WAR ON SYRIA; Cameron & Putin Unite As ‘G8, G20 & UN Partners’, Syria Solution Is ‘Transitional Government’, The Original Plan
“… Britain, Russia, America and other countries helping shape a transitional government that all Syrians can trust to protect them.” – David Cameron
(AE) – Warm up the bus… Assad is about to be thrown under it in favor of $$$ in the form of “trade, economic, and investment cooperation”.
It’s interesting how the countries who created the problem (Britain, the Gulf State Monarchies, Turkey, and the US), via a foreign invasion of terrorist mercenaries, are now providing the solution that was always their goal… for Assad to be removed from power.
So all signs point to Assad being stabbed in the back by Russia, as I stated in my previous article here.
2013.5.10 Cameron & Putin Unite Over Syria (telegraphtv, youtube.com):
David Cameron says he and Russian President Vladimir Putin share “fundamental aims” in seeking an end to the bloodshed in Syria, following talks in the Black Sea resort of Sochi.
2013.5.10 Cameron & Putin Talks Transcripts (bsr-russia.com):
Vladimir Putin held talks with Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Cameron. These transcripts were provided by the Russian Presidential Press Office. Mr Putin and Mr Cameron discussed various aspects of bilateral relations and the international agenda, including the situation in Syria. The talks continued over a working breakfast, following which the two leaders made press statements.
Later, the President of Russia and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom toured various Olympic facilities.
President of Russia Vladimir Putin:
Mr Prime Minister, colleagues,
It is a great pleasure to welcome you to Russia. Thank you for accepting our invitation to come to Sochi. I am sure that we will have the opportunity today to discuss our bilateral relations and look at the major issues on the international agenda too. If you have time, I would also like to show you how we are getting ready for the 2014 Olympic Games.I remember how you so kindly accompanied me during the judo events at the London Olympics, and I would like to return that hospitality today and show you around the sites we have built for the 2014 Olympics.
I am very happy to see you. Welcome!
Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Cameron:
Well, thank you very much, Mr President. It’s a great pleasure to be back in Russia and a pleasure to be working with you on improving British-Russian relations, which both you and I, have put a long time into making stronger.
I well remember your visit to the Olympic games and the visit to the judo. And I wanted to come and see the preparations for the games here in Sochi, which I am sure will be a great success. And I am proud that some British companies are helping to provide the facilities.
As you say, today is an opportunity to talk about our bilateral relations, our trading relations, how we improve those. But it’s also an opportunity to talk about some wider issues including the crisis in Syria. And I look forward to discussing all of these things with you today.
I come here with a view, that I know that you share, that stronger British-Russian relations can make our peoples both safer, and also our economies more prosperous.
And I look forward to welcome you back in the United Kingdom for the G8 Summit in Northern Ireland very, very shortly.
Thank you for your welcome today.
President of Russia Vladimir Putin:
Ladies and gentlemen, we have just had very substantial talks with Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Cameron. In both narrow and extended format meetings we discussed the opportunities for developing our bilateral relations. We also gave particular attention to current international issues and agreed to coordinate our work within the G20 and the G8, in which Russia and Britain currently hold the presidencies. What’s more, Russia will take over the presidency of the G8 from Britain in 2014.
Our trade, economic and investment cooperation is growing. Our bilateral trade increased by 10 percent in 2012, and it was up by almost 30 percent in the first two months of 2013. British investment in the Russian economy is also on the rise and now comes to almost $27 billion.
The energy sector is one of the most promising fields of cooperation. We agreed to establish a special group to work on promising projects and facilities. As you know, one of Britain’s biggest companies, British Petroleum, has acquired an almost 20-percent stake in Rosneft, one of Russia’s biggest oil and gas companies.
In 2014, we plan to hold reciprocal culture years. The events will include art exhibitions in Moscow and London, a Russian language and education week in the UK, a university rectors’ conference, and a theatre festival.
I also want to note our Olympics cooperation. Britain’s experience has been of great use to us in this area. More than 60 British companies are taking part in the preparations for the Sochi Olympics and are working with great success. We want to thank our British partners for that.
Of course, we also had a thorough discussion of international issues, especially the situation in Syria. We both want to see a swift end to the violence and the start of a peace process, and we both want to preserve Syria’s territorial integrity and sovereignty. At the UK Prime Minister’s initiative, we discussed the possible scenarios that could bring about positive development of this process, and examined the possible joint steps we could take.
In conclusion, I want to thank once more our British colleagues and Mr Cameron for this substantial and very frank discussion.
Thank you.
Prime Minister of the United Kingdom David Cameron:
Thank you very much, Mr President, and thank you for the warm welcome that you’ve given to me and my team here today. I’m very pleased to be here with you in Sochi, and we have had, as you said, very substantive, very purposeful, very useful talks today. We last met at the London Olympics, and it’s fitting that we’re here in the next host city. And I’m looking forward to seeing the Olympic sites with you this afternoon.
Britain and Russia share many interests: security at home and abroad, leadership in the G8, the G20 and the United Nations, and also, building our businesses and our investment
banks(audio says ‘links’ – Joel) so that we both thrive in the global race. Of course, it’s no secret that there are issues where we differ. We don’t duck these; we’ve had very frank discussions, as we have today. But a more effective relationship will help make people in both our countries safer and better off. And that is what we’ve been focusing on today. On the Winter Olympics, on my last visit to Russia, I brought a plane of British business leaders keen to seize the opportunities posed by these games, and they have, as you said, done just that, with over fifty companies involved, from Populous to help design the main stadium, to Aggreko, who will be providing some of the power. We’ve also discussed how we both want the Sochi Games to be safe and secure Games. So today, I’ve agreed with President Putin that there should be limited cooperation between our security services for the Sochi Olympics.
We’ve discussed the G8 and G20, and I was pleased to get President Putin’s support for using the Lough Erne Summit to grasp the key challenges of making the world economy work for everyone, supporting global trade, tackling aggressive tax avoidance and tax evasion, and encouraging greater transparency. We’ve also agreed to use the G8 and G20 to build momentum for a WTO deal to cut bureaucracy at borders. This could add up to 70 billion dollars a year to global GDP.
Finally, we discussed the appalling and deteriorating situation in Syria. 80,000 lives lost, millions more fleeing their homes. The history of Syria is being written in the blood of her people. It’s no secret that we have had differing views on how best to handle the situation. But we share fundamental aims: to end the conflict, to stop Syria fragmenting, to let the Syrian people choose who governs them and to prevent the growth of violent extremism. So I strongly support the conference that Mr Lavrov and Mr Kerry agreed this week to deliver a political solution – a solution which has a transitional government based on the consent of the Syrian people as a whole. The President and I have agreed that as permanent members of the UN, we must help to drive this process, working with partners in the region and beyond, not just bringing the regime and opposition together at one negotiating table, but Britain, Russia, America and other countries helping shape a transitional government that all Syrians can trust to protect them.
We urgently have to do more for the sake of people in Syria to break the vicious cycle that threatens to destroy Syria and that threatens to export violence and extremism around the world. As the President said, these have been good talks, purposeful talks. I believe we’ve made some real progress. And thank you again for the welcome you’ve given me today.

WAR ON SYRIA; Russia’s Deputy PM & Top PR Man Resigns, One Day After Kerry & Putin Meeting, Coincidence?
(AE) – A very important member of Russia’s cabinet, Deputy Prime Minister and top PR man Vladislav Surkov, unexpectedly resigned just one day after John Kerry’s meeting with Putin.
The story may be exactly as it’s being portrayed below, internal politics, but it makes one wonder if perhaps Surkov was unwilling to participate or create the PR (ie, propaganda) that will be necessary if Russia agrees to No Fly Zones over parts of Syria.
I admit this may be a stretch, but it is interesting timing…
2013.5.8 ‘Grey Cardinal’ Surkov Leaves Halls Of Power In Wake Of Putin Criticism (RT, youtube.com):
President Vladimir Putin has signed the voluntary resignation of deputy PM Vladislav Surkov, best known as the architect of Russia’s current political system – the ‘sovereign democracy.’
2013.5.8 Jumped Or Pushed?, Russia’s Deputy PM Surkov ‘Resigns’ (Euronews, youtube.com):
Russian deputy prime minister Vladislav Surkov has stepped down – a move many are reading as Surkov being forced out.
A statement released by the Kremlin says Surkov, 48, had his resignation accepted by President Vladimir Putin.
The move comes just one day after a meeting during which Putin scolded the government for not carrying out his orders.
Surkov joined the government in 1999 and previously served as first deputy Kremlin chief of staff, before being demoted in December 2011.
Surkov is seen as having been the administration’s ideologue. He created the concept of “sovereign democracy” – which effectively sidelined all opposition that was not controlled by the Kremlin.
An ally of former president Dmitry Medvedev, Surkov’s departure may reveal a rift between Medvedev and Putin.
Putin has denied Surkov’s departure is linked to a probe by Russian investigators into the Skolkovo hi-tech fund, whose executives are accused of stealing close to 570,000 euros. Skolkovo was created by Medvedev and Surkov sits on the supervisory board.
WAR ON SYRIA; John Kerry In Moscow, Russia & US Cut Deal To Throw Assad Under The Bus?
(AE) – I now quadruple the stance of my previous article, that Russia will abandon Syria at its greatest time of need, or already has.
It was very telling when Russia made a noticeably weak statement, in defence of its supposed “ally”, when condemning Israel for its completely unprovoked and illegal bombing of Syria over the weekend.
So we’re supposed to believe that Lavrov, Putin, and the rest of the Russian military, are so incredibly stupid that they have no idea about the origins of this so called Syrian “civil war”… that the entire conflict has been a foreign invasion by terrorist mercenaries that have been armed, financed, and supported, by NATO and the Gulf State Monarchies????
Various aspects of this meeting show that Russia is completely subservient to the US… so this entire press conference was nothing but political theatre.
2013.5.7 Russia & US To Pressure Both Sides In Syria To Find Peace Deal, Lavrov (RT, youtube.com):
Russia and the US reiterated their commitment to bringing the sides of the Syrian conflict to the negotiating table, and have announced an international conference to be called by the end of May which will serve as a follow-up to the Geneva communique.
WAR ON MUSLIMS; RT Promotes Russia & US Work Together To Fight Domestic & Foreign Terrorism, Their ‘Common Enemy’
The following RT propaganda piece further supports my article from earlier today suggesting that Russia and the US are joining forces to fight their “common enemy”… Muslims.
RT likes to invoke “Chechen Terrorism”, and claims the Tsarnaev Brothers were “Chechens”, but they fail to mention that these brothers hadn’t lived in Russia since they were small children. RT also chooses to conveniently forget that the CIA was fully supporting the Chechen Rebels during their war with the Russians, and continues to do so.
So RT appears to be in lock step with the Western media in pushing terrorism propaganda to promote this new agenda. They’re even quoting the despicable war monger Rudy Giuliani and reading off a list of Muslim terror attacks that were nearly all state sponsored.
2013.4.20 America Blinks At Chechen Terrorism, New York Ex Mayor (RT, youtube.com):
After the revelation that the alleged bombers are from Russia’s North Caucasus, Moscow has warned dividing terrorism into domestic and foreign is unacceptable. New York’s former mayor Rudy Giuliani has already admitted the U.S. has closed its eyes to terrorism in Russia’s North Caucasus. Previously the Western media labeled Chechen militants as freedom fighters but as Alexey Yaroshevsky reports that perception could now change.
WAR ON MUSLIMS; Russia To Officially Join US In ‘War On Terror’ Against Common Enemy The ‘International Network Of Assassins’
The recent “Chechen Terrorists” Boston Bombings baloney has really solidified my belief in how things are going to play out on the world stage in terms of alliances and wars. Please see my comments below followed by a supporting article…
I’ve had the belief for some time, due to long historical research, that Russia has been working behind the scenes with the US, and Britain. Actually, this alliance has been going on for a very long time, but I want to keep this short and to the point.
This concept is most recently demonstrated by the fact that Russia fully allowed the destruction of Libya, when anyone with half a strategic brain knew that the ridiculous “Humanitarian Intervention” and “No Fly Zone” would mean the complete destruction and looting of the country.
Russia is a very strong believer and partner in the “International Community” and proudly does its part, when required, to see that the overall goals of the United Nations (UN) continue to move forward… into the ditch of one world tyranny.
So because of my historical research, and various clues and reactions by Russia to the last 12 years of complete annihilation of the Middle East by NATO and the US, I reaffirm my conclusion that Russia will abandon Syria at its greatest time of need, or, Russia has already abandoned Syria and is actively working against it, from the inside, while continuing to pose as an ally.
What we’ve really been witnessing in the Middle East for the last 12 years is NOT wars for oil, although controlling the flow of oil is the most strategic part of controlling the world, but rather a war on a religion, a “War On Islam” or “War On Muslims”, the last religion that has not been totally absorbed, corrupted, and replaced by so called Western “values” provided through Hollywood, television, and now the internet. This is the attempted destruction of a culture, forever.
So when I ran across the RT article below, with the very bizarre comments by Russian officials (keep in mind this article was written April 16, before Chechen involvement was known, allegedly), compounded by my earlier viewing of RT’s interview of Zubeidat Tsarnaev (mother of the accused Tsarnaev brothers), where RT’s tone was distinctly accusatory, disregarded that she said her sons were being fully tracked by the FBI for the last 3 to 5 years, gave little allowance for the obvious language barrier, and finally didn’t ask the lady exactly who the man was that she said her sons were “scared of”.
Therefore, I believe all signs point toward a new open alliance between Russia and the US to “fight terrorism”, all sparked by the “Chechen” Boston Bombings, to fight their “common enemy”, to “fight this evil”, the “International Network Of Assassins” (ie, Al Qaeda, Muslims)… just read the article below.
So are we to believe that Russia is completely unaware that NATO and the US have been arming, funding, supplying, and training this “common enemy”, this so called “International Network Of Assassins”, that have been invading and destroying Syria for the last two years????
2013.4.16 Scrap Blacklists, Fight Terrorism Together, Russian Officials To US (rt.com):
Hours after the Boston Marathon bombings, several top Russian politicians have said the US and Russia must join forces in countering terrorism, expressing hope it would revive the ties that came under threat after the Magnitsky List was published.
“It is important for the Russia-US relations that the American side understands that the main threat for the United States comes not from the people on the Magnitsky List, but from terrorists, and the administrations of our countries must make a mutual effort to fight this evil instead of making some lists or counter-lists,” top Russian senator Viktor Ozerov has said, according to RIA Novosti.
The senator added that Russia also faced the objective of raising the security level at mass events similar to the Boston Marathon that was targeted by yet-unidentified bombers on Monday. He said that the parliament must step up the work on the bill on security at sports events that had already passed the first hearing in the State Duma.
The head of the upper houseʼs Foreign Affairs Committee, Mikhail Margelov, made a similar statement and called for a joint struggle against terrorism.
The senator noted that though the Boston Marathon attack cannot be compared to the September 11 events in New York City in terms of casualties, it is a reminder, for Russia and the United States alike, that terrorism has not yet been defeated and that terrorism is always an international phenomenon.
“The Boston events are another reminder that instead of making blacklists that are only dividing us, we should unite. Our common enemy is obvious and all-penetrative. This is a very sad case when one should not ask for whom the bell tolls,” Margelov told the press.
The Russian official also expressed the opinion that the Boston bombings were organized by a homegrown US terrorist cell which, however, is an inseparable part of the “international network of assassins.”
President Vladimir Putin has expressed his condolences in connection with the attack that killed three people and wounded scores of others.
“Vladimir Putin resolutely denounces this barbaric crime and expresses his belief that the fight against terrorism requires active cooperation of the international community as a whole,” reads the statement released by the Kremlin press service.
The Russian president also emphasized that his country was ready to provide assistance in the investigation of the Boston bombing.

Cyprus seeks Russian bailout aid, EU threatens cutoff
(Reuters) – Cyprus’s finance minister pleaded with Russia for help on Wednesday to avert a financial meltdown after the island’s parliament rejected the terms of a European bailout, raising the specter of a looming default and bank crash.
Finance Minister Michael Sarris said he had reached no deal on financing with his Russian counterpart, Anton Siluanov, but talks were continuing.
Cypriot officials disclosed that the country’s energy minister was also in Moscow, ostensibly for a tourism exhibition. Cyprus has found big gas reserves in its waters adjoining Israel but has yet to develop them.
“We had a very honest discussion, we’ve underscored how difficult the situation is,” Sarris told reporters after talks with Siluanov. “We’ll now continue our discussion to find the solution by which we hope we will be getting some support.
CYPRUS BAILOUT; Residents Rush To Pull Money From Cyprus Banks As EU Takes Aim At Russian Deposits; GREECE CONNNECTION
‘Cypriot banks are invested heavily in Greek government bonds, which were restructured last year at the EU’s demand, incurring big losses on bondholders.’ – FOX News
The Cyprus bailout is therefore spill over from the Greek bailout… it looks like the EU dominos have already begun to fall.
This could additionally be viewed as some sort of economic warfare against Russia, or Russian oligarchs, possibly for their continued to support of Syria, but I’m not convinced of this scenario. It appears more like a cash grab by the ECB to set a precedent so this can occur in other EU countries as the dominos continue to fall.
2013.3.18 Residents Rush To Pull Money From Cyprus Banks As EU Takes Aim At Russian Deposits (foxnews.com):
Cypriots rushed to pull their money out of banks and ATMs before the tiny Mediterranean nation’s government could finalize a plan to seize depositors’ funds to satisfy euro zone leaders, sparking a run that prompted banks to be closed until at least Thursday.
The island nation’s leaders were huddling to come up with a way to soften the blow on average depositors, with one proposal targeting accounts with deposits above $130,000. The plan elicited an angry response from Russian President Vladimir Putin, whose nation’s oligarchs may have as much as $19 billion secretly deposited in Cyprus banks.
“Putin said that this decision, in case of its adoption, will be unfair, unprofessional and dangerous,” Russian news agencies quoted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying.
The Brussels-based euro zone agreed on Saturday to give Cyprus a $13 billion bailout, but demanded levies that would take between 6.75 and 9.9 percent of bank deposits.
Analysts believe the measure is designed to ensure that the bailout doesn’t go toward propping up Russia ‘s billionaires – including Putin himself.
“It is clear that (Cyprus) is under tremendous pressure from the European Union,” Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Shatalov told Interfax.
The $19 billion figure comes from Moody’s, and would account for as much as half of all Cypriot deposits. Cyprus’ bank deposits dwarf by 8-to-1 the gross domestic product of the nation of 1 million, indicating a dangerously oversized banking system stuffed with foreign cash. And Cypriot banks are invested heavily in Greek government bonds, which were restructured last year at the EU’s demand, incurring big losses on bondholders.
News of the coming bank accounts seizure sent shockwaves rippling through Europe and beyond. Not only did it spook wealthy foreigners who have long parked money in the island nation’s banks, it was seen as possibly setting the stage for similar grabs in bigger nations within the troubled euro zone.
“If I were a saver, certainly in Spain or maybe Italy, I think I’d be looking askance at these measures and think this could yet happen to me,” Peter Dixon, global financial economist at Commerzbank, told Reuters.
The Cypriot Parliament put off a vote on the measure until Tuesday in order to blunt the pain for small savers. But without the EU bailout, Cyprus would be headed for default, according to experts. If depositors – especially the foreigners who have made Cyprus the Cayman Islands of Eastern Europe, pull their money from banks, action by the European Central Bank may be all that can stop regional contagion. The Cypriot central bank announced all banks will remain closed until Thursday while talks on the savings seizure continue.
Russian mining tycoon and owner of the NBA’s Brooklyn Nets Mikhail Prokhorov said euro zone leaders “had set a real financial mine under the idea of a single Europe.”
“And this is not because it touches Russian business, which can afford to lose $2 [billion] or $3 billion,” Prokhorov told the Kommersant business daily. “The European Union essentially opened a Pandora’s box.”
Some analysts say the move could send billions in Russian deposits to safer havens, such as Luxembourg, leaving Cyprus no way to pay down its bailout.
“The unhappiest of the Russians will simply look for other places to put their money,” Paragone Advisory Group analyst Alexander Zakharov told the Global Post.
White House spokesman Jay Carney declined to comment on the events, but said “a stable and strong Europe” is in the U.S.’s interest and that the President Obama is focused on domestic economic growth, which can help insulate the U.S. from foreign tumult.
Wary of Attack With Smallpox, U.S. Buys Up a Costly Drug
The United States government is buying enough of a new smallpox medicine to treat two million people in the event of a bioterrorism attack, and took delivery of the first shipment of it last week. But the purchase has set off a debate about the lucrative contract, with some experts saying the government is buying too much of the drug at too high a price.
A small company, Siga Technologies, developed the drug in recent years. Whether the $463 million order is a boondoggle or a bargain depends on which expert is talking. The deal will transform the finances of Siga, which is controlled by Ronald O. Perelman, a billionaire financier, philanthropist and takeover specialist.
Smallpox was eradicated by 1980, and the only known remaining virus is in government laboratories in the United States and Russia. But there have long been rumors of renegade stocks that could be sprayed in airports or sports stadiums. Experts say the virus could also be re-engineered into existence in a sophisticated genetics lab.
FASCISM RISING; France, Neo Nazis Desecrate Mosques & Muslim Graveyards By Spray Painting Nazi Symbols; Vichy 2.0
Fascists like France’s National Front Party leader Marine Le Pen, who proudly poses for pictures with French Neo Nazis, are promoting racist fears of “invading hordes” of “evil Muslims” taking over Europe to elevate her political party. This is the same kind of “Dhimmitude” and “Eurabia” garbage promoted by Norway’s Freemason mass murderer Anders Breivik, who was later praised by Neo Nazis in Russia.
The video below is from December, but you can see today in my new article that we now have French Police participating in racial violence against Arabs and black Muslims, and the French government attempting to cover up these abuses by banning free speech in the form of shutting down a website exposing the growing racism of the French Police and of the government of France.
A government banning free speech that’s attempting to expose that same government’s black clad paramilitary style police targeting, harassing, beating, arresting, and killing non whites is about as close to fascism as you can get… welcome to Vichy 2.0.
2012.12.12 Islamophobia Persists Despite Social Evolution (PressTV, youtube.com):
[youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q5HwDdeVxII&w=560&h=315]
French associations fighting Islamophobia say Muslims, Mosques and symbols of Islam are increasingly being stigmatized and attacked. The worst cases of discrimination are faced by Muslim women, whether they belong to the poor classes or the upper classes. Far right politicians have also stepped up anti-Muslim rants. Muslims say they continue to face discrimination, particularly at workplace.

US offers $60m for Syrian intervention as sequester cuts loom
28 Feb 2013
Syria’s opposition has won fresh financial and material support from the US but its demands for weapons to fight Bashar al-Assad were ignored in favour of calls for a “political solution” to end the crisis. John Kerry, the new US secretary of state, announced at a conference in Rome on Thursday that $60m (£45m) in “non-lethal” assistance would go to the western-backed Syrian National Coalition (SNC) while food and medical supplies would — for the first time — go directly to the opposition’s supreme military council, attempting to co-ordinate strategy by the Free Syrian Army and other units. [So, Congress and Obama are poised to slash Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid -- but there's no shortage of money to back the thugs and war criminals trying to overthrow al-Assad so US corpora-terrorists can steal Syria's oil.]
‘Friends of Syria’ decision to up aid to militants encourages extremists
01 Mar 2013
Russia has said that decisions made in the Rome meeting to increase aid to foreign-backed militants in Syria only encourage extremists who want to seize power by force. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Aleksandr Lukashevich said on Friday that the promises of aid to the Syrian opposition made by the US and other countries in the meeting of the so-called “Friends of Syria” in Rome will encourage further violence rather than a negotiated solution. “The decisions taken in Rome…directly encourage extremists towards precisely a violent seizure of power, despite the suffering of ordinary Syrians,” Lukashevich said. Lukashevich’s remarks came a day after “Friends of Syria” group decided to increase political and material support for the foreign-backed militants operating in Syria after a meeting in the Italian capital.
